Oy! How?
Every organization, from large to small, seems to struggle with it. From healthcare provider to restaurant. From NS to school institutions. From supermarket to cleaning company.
Not enough staff.
So they start recruiting.
All at once. All in the same way. And all with the same message:
“We are looking for you!”
Gee.
Wouldn’t anyone consider that the message also affects the outcome?
After all, the people you’re looking for must have feelings….
After all, they are only human, too.
What primal desires can you play on?
Don’t just say what you want them to do. Above all, say what they got out of it!
That works. Then you distinguish yourself. Then you will be much more successful.
